The autumn cabaret was as entertaining as always and was most appreciated by our audiences. However, the Sunday night audience was comparatively low compared to Saturday's and this is reflected in the proceeds. We may therefore rethink the dates for next year.
However, a big thank you to all concerned.

Make a note in your diaries for this event -- it's bound to be popular. There'll be a ceilidh band, singing, dancing and much carousing. Tickets £6.00 (adult) and £4.00 (child). More details from Pat Smithies.
Ian has confirmed that this will be going ahead in late April. Watch this space for information about rehearsals, etc.
If there are any budding directors out there who have a play in mind for next May then please contact any member of the committee.
19--22 February 2003
Rehearsals are well under way and sounding great... but we could still do with some more men in the chorus; so if you know any male who sings (even if it's only to hum in the bath) rope them in -- they'll get a warm welcome.
Tickets are available from Jackie Purdy and must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Alternatively, Jackie will arrange for tickets to be left at the box office.
2002--2003
Another reminder that membership for the current year is overdue. Please make cheques payable to STMAODS and forward to Ian Orry, Membership Secretary at 51 Durnford Street, Middleton, Manchester M24 5TZ. Alternatively, come along to a Thursday rehearsal and put your subs/cheque in the box.
